3/14/2012 - ANNVILLE, PA -- Airman 1st Class Emily Shertzer of the ANG Band of the Mid-Atlantic has been awarded the 2011 Air Force Athlete of the Year.
Airman Shertzer is the principal oboe player in the ANG Band of the Mid-Atlantic and is a member of the band's woodwind quintet, "In Flight". Airman Shertzer has been a member of the Band of the Mid-Atlantic since 2009.
